INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare the brine by combining 4 cups of water, 1/4 cup of salt, 2 tbsp of SoNourishedInc gold sweetener, and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a bowl.

- 3 Drain the brine and rinse the chicken pieces.
- 4 Generously rub all sides of the chicken with FlavorGod Italian Zest Seasoning and BaeBlends rotochick seasoning.
- 5 Smoke the chicken at 225°F for 2 ½ hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- 6 Alongside the chicken, smoke the bacon-wrapped onion rings.
- 7 After smoking, remove the chicken skin if desired and air fry it at 400°F for 5 minutes to make it crispy.
- 8 Serve the smoked chicken pieces, bacon-wrapped onion rings, and green beans on a platter.
