- 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed
- 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- For the lemon pepper sauce:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Break the extra firm tofu into small pieces, and place them in a bowl
- 2 Add tamari sauce to the bowl, and make sure all the tofu pieces are coated
- 3 Add cornstarch, FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic seasoning, and black pepper to the bowl
- 4 Set the air fryer to 430, and cook the tofu for 12 minutes
- 5 While the tofu is cooking, make the lemon pepper sauce by mixing the lemon juice, maple syrup, FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic seasoning, and pepper together
- 6 Once the tofu is crispy, remove it from the air fryer and pour the lemon pepper sauce over it
- 7 Enjoy!
