INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Peel and slice the onion into round pieces.
- 2 Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3 Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of FlavorGod Garlic Lover Seasoning over the onions, stirring well to coat evenly. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4 In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Once heated, add the baby spinach and sauté until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- 5 Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of FlavorGod Garlic Lover Seasoning over the spinach, stirring to incorporate. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 6 Clean the Portobello mushrooms and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 7 In the skillet, cook the mushrooms on both sides until tender, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 8 Sprinkle FlavorGod Pizza Seasoning over the mushrooms during the last minute of cooking. Optionally, add cheese on top of each mushroom and allow it to melt.
- 9 Meanwhile, split the burger buns in half and toast them lightly.
- 10 Spread a tablespoon of mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- 11 Place a cooked mushroom on each bun, followed by a portion of caramelized onions, a slice of tomato, and a portion of sautéed spinach.
- 12 Top with the remaining half of the bun to complete the burger.
- 13 Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Mushroom Burger!
