  • SANDWICH:
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, toasted
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons pesto
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices sobrassada
  • 4 slices coppa
  • 4 slices salami
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons FlavorGod Italian Zest
  • DIP:
  • 4 ounces onion chive cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Fresh garlic chives for garnish

  1. 1 SANDWICH:
  2. 2 In a bowl, combine sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate.
  3. 3 On one half of each toasted ciabatta roll, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and pesto.
  4. 4 Layer each roll with fresh mozzarella, sobrassada, coppa, salami, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. 5 On the other half of the roll, spread 1/2 teaspoon of FlavorGod Italian Zest.
  6. 6 Wrap each assembled roll tightly in foil.
  7. 7 Place the wrapped sandwiches under a heavy iron skillet to press for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8 Slice each sandwich in half and pack for lunch.
