INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 SANDWICH:
- 2 In a bowl, combine sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate.
- 3 On one half of each toasted ciabatta roll, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and pesto.
- 4 Layer each roll with fresh mozzarella, sobrassada, coppa, salami, and fresh basil leaves.
- 5 On the other half of the roll, spread 1/2 teaspoon of FlavorGod Italian Zest.
- 6 Wrap each assembled roll tightly in foil.
- 7 Place the wrapped sandwiches under a heavy iron skillet to press for about 5 minutes.
- 8 Slice each sandwich in half and pack for lunch.

- 11 DIP:
- 12 In a bowl, combine onion chive cream cheese, onion salt, FlavorGod Ranch seasoning, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
