  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  1. 1 Mix 1-2 scoops of Revolution whey or whey isolate and 1 tsp baking powder in a bowl
  2. 2 Add 1 tbsp of nut butter and nuts if desired
  3. 3 Add a small amount of water and mix until it’s a thick 'pudding like' consistency
  4. 4 Microwave for 1 minute
