INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Prep Sweet Potatoes: Peel and chop sweet potatoes into even chunks or wedges. Place them into a cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan.
- 3 Add Flavor: Dot the sweet potatoes with butter squares, then sprinkle generously with Pumpkin Pie Topper. Toss lightly to coat.
- 4 Bake: Place skillet in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden on the edges.
