My Honey BBQ rub begins with a savory and aromatic progression followed by the sweetness of honey while finishing with herbs and mild spices.

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 Slice the tofu block in half and then into triangles.
- 3 Place the tofu, sliced peppers, and onions on a sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil over them and add the FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning. Mix well to coat.
- 4 Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and add BBQ sauce. Mix to coat the tofu, peppers, and onions.
- 5 Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
- 6 Serve the roasted Honey BBQ tofu with rice or quinoa. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
