- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 1 ½ tbsp Flavor God Everything Spicy Seasoning
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Flavor God Garlic Lovers
- 1 tsp Flavor God Lemon & Garlic
- Toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prep the Salmon: Preheat oven to 385°F. Cut salmon into cubes and place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with Flavor God Everything Spicy. Toss well to coat.
- 2 Bake: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread salmon cubes evenly and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
- 3 Make the Garlic Dill Sauce: While salmon bakes, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, 1 tbsp olive oil, Flavor God Garlic Lovers, and Flavor God Lemon & Garlic in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 4 Assemble & Serve: Arrange baked salmon bites on a platter. Place the garlic dill sauce in a small bowl in the center. Add toothpicks for easy serving, or keep them on the side.
