INGREDIENTS

  • 2 blocks of tempeh, cut in half and sliced
  • 8 slices of rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup of plant-based french dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups of sauerkraut
  • 6 sliced plant-based Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of FlavorGod Garlic Lovers seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Cut the tempeh blocks in half and slice them
  2. 2 Create the marinade by mixing tamari, water, paprika, and FlavorGod Garlic Lovers seasoning
  3. 3 Coat the tempeh well with the marinade
  4. 4 Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat
  5. 5 Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes
  6. 6 Add tempeh with the marinade and sauté for 10-12 minutes.
