INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prep the Ribs: Pat ribs dry, then coat generously with FYR BLK Hot Sauce as a binder. Season liberally with Flavor God Original BBQ Rub and Honey BBQ Rub on all sides.
- 2 Smoke the Ribs: Place ribs in a smoker set to 225–250°F. Smoke for 3 hours, or until a beautiful bark forms on the outside.
- 3 Prepare the Braise: In a large foil pan or deep baking dish, combine chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, and Guinness. Stir gently.
- 4 Braise: Place the smoked ribs into the braising liquid, cover tightly with foil, and return to the smoker or oven. Cook at 275°F for another 2–3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and nearly falling off the bone.
- 5 Rest and Serve: Let the ribs rest for 10–15 minutes. Slice and serve over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes, spooning some of that flavorful braising liquid over the top.
