  • Butter lettuce, cleaned and patted dry

  1. 1 Sauté shredded jackfruit and sliced onions in olive oil over medium heat about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool
  2. 2 In a medium bowl, mix cooled jackfruit and all other ingredients until fully combined
  3. 3 Put about 1/4 cup of jackfruit salad into each butter lettuce leaf and serve
