  • 4 plant-based chicken cutlets (such as chickpea cutlets)
  • 1 cup plant-based mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 head of romaine, cleaned and chopped
  • For creamy cashew caesar dressing:
  • 1cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup plant-based mayo
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod garlic lovers seasoning
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3/4 cup water

  1. 1 Cut the chicken cutlets into slices
  2. 2 Soften the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds
  3. 3 Spread a generous amount of creamy cashew caesar dressing onto the wrap
  4. 4 Add a handful of shredded romaine, sliced chicken, a sprinkle of hot wing seasoning, a handful of plant-based mozzarella shreds, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce
  5. 5 Roll up the wrap
  6. 6 Heat up a grill or grill pan with olive oil and cook the wraps until grill marks appear on both sides
