INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat a small pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the pan. Allow it to melt completely.
- 3 Stir in 1 teaspoon of FlavorGod Italian Zest Seasoning until evenly distributed.
- 4 Add 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley to the butter mixture, stirring well. Continue to heat for about 1 minute, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
- 5 Slice 4 hotdog buns lengthwise, but not all the way through, creating a pocket.
- 6 Stuff each bun with approximately 1/4 cup of shredded spring cheese. Ensure the cheese is evenly distributed within each bun.
- 7 Dip each stuffed bun into the prepared butter mixture, making sure the outer surface of the bun is well-coated with the butter and seasoning.
- 8 Preheat a waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- 9 Place each coated bun into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the buns are crispy and the cheese is melted. Adjust cooking time based on your waffle maker’s performance.
- 10 Carefully remove the Waffle Cheesy Bread from the waffle maker using tongs.
- 11 Slice into halves or quarters if desired.
- 12 Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

What is spring cheese? Is it supposed to be string cheese?
