- 1 package jackfruit (shaved or pulled)
- 1 tbsp Flavor God Cajun Lovers Seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Sea salt & black pepper to taste
- For the Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tbsp plant-based butter
- 1 can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded (e.g., Follow Your Heart or Daiya)
- 1–2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Dash of the same seasonings used for the jackfruit (Cajun, garlic, onion, paprika, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook the Jackfruit:
- 2 Sear chopped jackfruit in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with Flavor God Cajun Lovers, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- 3 Make the Cheese Sauce:
- 4 In a saucepan, melt plant butter and stir in coconut milk. Add in shredded vegan cheeses and whisk until smooth. Season with nutritional yeast and a sprinkle of the same spices used on the jackfruit.
- 5 Combine with Pasta:
- 6 Stir in cooked elbow pasta until fully coated in the cheese sauce. Then fold in the cooked jackfruit.
- 7 Bake It:
- 8 Transfer the mac to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with extra vegan cheese and bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden on top (about 15–20 minutes).
- 9 Finish & Serve:
- 10 Drizzle with Cajun chipotle sauce (optional but highly recommended) and serve hot.
