- 150-200 grams of grilled chicken
- 2 cups of lettuce
- 1 cup of rice
- 28 grams of cheese (mozzarella)
- 50 grams of plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp of Chipotle Mayo or Hot Sauce
- 1/2 of a lemon, juiced

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook the chicken, and then cut it into bite-size pieces
- 2 Wash and chop the lettuce
- 3 Cook the rice according to the package instructions
- 4 Shred the mozzarella cheese
- 5 In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Chipotle mayo/hot sauce, lemon juice, and Everything seasoning
- 6 Layer the lettuce, rice, chicken, and cheese in a bowl. Top with the sauce
