INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Blend the base: In a blender, add cottage cheese, egg, honey, sugar, and zero sugar yogurt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. 2 Transfer to dish: Pour the mixture into an air fryer–safe dish (lightly greased if needed).
  3. 3 Air fry low & slow: Cook at 270°F for 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Stir every 10 minutes: At the 10-minute and 20-minute marks, carefully remove the dish and stir to help it set evenly. Continue cooking until the dessert looks thicker and more firm.
  5. 5 Rest to set: Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for several minutes to finish firming up.
  6. 6 Make the raspberry layer: Crush the raspberries (with a fork or spoon) until jammy.
  7. 7 Top and finish: Spoon crushed raspberries over the top, then sprinkle FlavorGod Vanilla Waffle Cone to taste.
  8. 8 Add whipped cream: Finish with whipped cream to taste, serve warm or chilled, and enjoy.
