- 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat for the creamiest texture)
- 1 cup cucumber (grated and squeezed to remove excess water)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup vinegar (white or red wine vinegar works best)
- ½ tsp Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin for the best flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Grate the cucumber, then use a cheesecloth or paper towel to squeeze out any excess moisture.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, parsley, and garlic.
- 3 Stir in the vinegar, olive oil, and Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Pepper until well mixed.
- 4 Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
- 5 Enjoy! Serve with pita, fresh veggies, grilled meats, or as a refreshing sandwich spread.
