- Bechamel sauce:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning
- Shredded white cheddar and gruyere cheeses
- Sliced ham

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2 Slice the PSMF bread into thick slices.
- 3 Prepare the bechamel sauce by heating the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning in a saucepan until melted and combined.
- 4 Smear each bread slice with the bechamel sauce.
- 5 On one slice, layer shredded white cheddar and gruyere cheeses and 3 slices of ham.
- 6 Place the second bread slice (bechamel side up) on top and add a bit more cheese.
- 7 Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C), then broil for an additional 2 minutes.
