INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed
  • 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • For the lemon pepper sauce:
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Break the extra firm tofu into small pieces, and place them in a bowl
  2. 2 Add tamari sauce to the bowl, and make sure all the tofu pieces are coated
  3. 3 Add cornstarch, FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic seasoning, and black pepper to the bowl
  4. 4 Set the air fryer to 430, and cook the tofu for 12 minutes
  5. 5 While the tofu is cooking, make the lemon pepper sauce by mixing the lemon juice, maple syrup, FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic seasoning, and pepper together
  6. 6 Once the tofu is crispy, remove it from the air fryer and pour the lemon pepper sauce over it
  7. 7 Enjoy!
