INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of salmon
- Avocado oil (for spraying and sautéing)
- FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning
- 1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- Fresh grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon ChocZero mango syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili paste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pat dry the salmon and spray with avocado oil. Sprinkle FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning on top.
- 2 Air fry the salmon at 350°F for about 12 minutes.
- 3 While the salmon cooks, sauté the finely chopped cauliflower in avocado oil for a few minutes.
- 4 Add 2 tablespoons of coconut cream, fresh grated ginger, and chopped garlic to the cauliflower. Sauté for a few more minutes.
- 5 In a separate sauté pan, heat 3 tablespoons of coconut cream, 1 tablespoon of red curry paste, 1 tablespoon of ChocZero mango syrup, and 1 teaspoon of chili paste for the sauce.
- 6 Serve the salmon on a bed of ginger garlic cauliflower rice, and drizzle the mango red curry sauce on top.
