EVERYTHING SPICY SEASONING

Everything Spicy Seasoning is used in this recipe

A spicy version of the Everything Seasoning. Its flavors consist of onion, garlic, cumin, paprika and cayenne. The cayenne chili gives a perfect amount of heat to the seasoning without overpowering the other fresh ground flavors. Great for cooking and as a condiment on a finished dish!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch. Drain thoroughly.
  2. 2 Place the rinsed rice into an Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water. Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on the “Rice” setting. Once finished, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before opening.
  3. 3 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4 Pat the pacific fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  5. 5 In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 1 tablespoon melted Irish butter, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, and the juice of half a lemon. Stir in 1 tablespoon FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning.
  6. 6 Place the pacific fillets on a baking tray sprayed lightly with olive oil spray. Brush the fillets with the prepared mixture and sprinkle with additional FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning.
  7. 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fillets reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and are flakey with a fork.
  8. 8 In a medium bowl, toss 1/2 pound of peeled and deveined shrimps with 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Ghost Seasoning and 1 tablespoon FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning.
  9. 9 Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimps and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  10. 10 In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  11. 11 Add 1/2 pound of French beans and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon FlavorGod Everything Spicy Seasoning.
  12. 12 Serve the baked pacific fillets alongside the cooked rice, sautéed French beans, and seasoned shrimps.
