INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In a bowl, combine paprika, FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning, FlavorGod Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn Finisher, and pepper.
- 2 Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- 3 Sear the pork tenderloin in a cast iron skillet on all sides.
- 4 In a separate bowl, mix Guy Gone Keto KetoseSweet liquid sweetener, coconut aminos, and Dijon mustard to create a marinade.
- 5 Brush the marinade all over the pork tenderloin.
- 6 Roast the pork in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, brushing with more marinade halfway through.
- 7 Let the pork rest before slicing.
- 8 In a pan, toss cauliflower florets in avocado oil and cook until they start to soften and crisp on the edges.
- 9 Season the cauliflower with FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning and add grated parmesan cheese at the end.
- 10 In a blender, combine fresh parsley, garlic clove, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a sauce.
- 11 Pour the sauce over the roasted pork tenderloin.
