INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Everything Spicy Seasoning is included in

A spicy version of the Everything Seasoning. Its flavors consist of onion, garlic, cumin, paprika and cayenne. The cayenne chili gives a perfect amount of heat to the seasoning without overpowering the other fresh ground flavors. Great for cooking and as a condiment on a finished dish!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Slice the extra firm tofu in half and then into 1/4 inch slices
  2. 2 Saute the tofu until slightly browned and steam the broccoli
  3. 3 For the sauce, mix minced garlic, minced ginger, red pepper flakes, FlavorGod Everything Spicy seasoning, maple syrup, water, corn starch, salt, and pepper
  4. 4 Pour the sauce over the tofu and add in the broccoli
  5. 5 Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
