- A LOT of shredded brisket
- 2 jars homemade smoked tomato sauce
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste + 3 cups water
- 3 cans black beans
- 3 cans white beans
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 3 cans kidney beans
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 red peppers
- 3 green peppers
- 2 orange peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Meat Church Dia Del La Fajita
- 2 tbsp FlavorGod Taco Tuesday
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy
- 1 tbsp Hardcore Carnivore Tex Mex
- 1 tbsp smoked thyme
- 1 tbsp White Truff sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Combine tomato paste with water and whisk until mixed.
- 2 Add tomato sauce, beans, and spices to a large pot. Heat on the stove until simmering.
- 3 Smoke diced onions, peppers, and garlic at 350°F for 20 minutes on a Traeger Ironwood 885 grill, then add them to the pot.
- 4 Add shredded brisket and smoke at 225°F with super smoke for 5 hours.
- 5 Enjoy! This recipe yields a large batch.
