  • A LOT of shredded brisket
  • 2 jars homemade smoked tomato sauce
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste + 3 cups water
  • 3 cans black beans
  • 3 cans white beans
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 orange peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Meat Church Dia Del La Fajita
  • 2 tbsp FlavorGod Taco Tuesday
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy
  • 1 tbsp Hardcore Carnivore Tex Mex

EVERYTHING SPICY SEASONING

Everything Spicy Seasoning is used in this recipe

A spicy version of the Everything Seasoning. Its flavors consist of onion, garlic, cumin, paprika and cayenne. The cayenne chili gives a perfect amount of heat to the seasoning without overpowering the other fresh ground flavors. Great for cooking and as a condiment on a finished dish!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Combine tomato paste with water and whisk until mixed.
  2. 2 Add tomato sauce, beans, and spices to a large pot. Heat on the stove until simmering.
  3. 3 Smoke diced onions, peppers, and garlic at 350°F for 20 minutes on a Traeger Ironwood 885 grill, then add them to the pot.
  4. 4 Add shredded brisket and smoke at 225°F with super smoke for 5 hours.
  5. 5 Enjoy! This recipe yields a large batch.
