- 1 box red lentil pasta
- 2 red peppers, cleaned and sliced
- 2 yellow peppers, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups plant-based chicken substitute
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella shreds
- 1/2 cup cheddar shreds
- 1/2 cup Parmesan-style shreds
- 1 cup oat or full-fat coconut milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Jamaican Jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Cajun Lovers seasoning
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water
- 2 Sauté chopped onions and peppers in olive oil for 3 minutes
- 3 Add plant-based chicken substitute and garlic and cook another 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and starts to brown
- 4 Add in Jamaican Jerk seasoning and Cajun Lovers seasoning
- 5 Once the chicken and pepper mixture is fully coated in seasonings, start to add in 1/2 of your cheeses and 1/2 oat milk
- 6 When cheese is fully melted, add in lime juice and salt and pepper
- 7 Once mixture thickens, add in remainder of cheese and milk
- 8 If the sauce is too thick, start to thin it out with reserved pasta water
- 9 Add in pasta and combine well
- 10 Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
