- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 cups of broccoli
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup veggie broth
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cashew Cheddar Sauce:
- 2 In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, 1 tsp salt, garlic clove, and veggie broth. Blend until creamy.
- 3 Stuffed Sweet Potatoes:
- 4 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Using a fork, poke holes all over the sweet potatoes. Place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
- 5 In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the pan.
- 6 Rinse the chickpeas and transfer them to a bowl. Season with 1 tsp of FlavorGod Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and 1 tsp of olive oil. Mix well, then add them to the sauté pan. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until slightly browned. Remove from the pan.
- 7 Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and check if they are soft. Let them cool slightly, then slice down the middle, without cutting all the way through.
- 8 Start layering the cashew cheddar sauce, broccoli onion mixture, jerk chickpeas, and top with the cashew cheddar sauce.
